Champion concept: Ghost Master

Passive: Fetter The Ghost Master doesn't spawn at the fountain; instead, whenever he respawns, he can select a location on the map. There, after a brief channel, a destructible philactery will be created. The Ghost Master gains a debuff (malus to CDR, vision radius, and skill power) that is worse the farther he is from his philactery. He is permanently invisible and untargettable, but cannot autoattack and can be killed by destroying the philactery. His emotes can be heard by the enemy team if nearby. The philactery can only be moved by the Golem (see below).

Q: Ginosaji Spawns a vindictive spirit, the Ginosaji, whose movement speed depends on the Ghost Master's own speed and distance from the philactery. It will follow one enemy champion, forever (or until recast/dispelled), dealing 1 point of true damage per hit. Grants vision. (cfr https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VDvgL58h_Y)

W: Clatterclaws Can only be cast on bushes, scales with AP. Spawns a ghostly spider, who immediately starts building a web. The web roots and damages the first enemy who enters it.

E: Golem Spawns a temporary construct using part of the Ghost Master's HP; scales with HP and AD. It is a minion, who acts as the Ghost Master's physical actor for jungling or farming (or fighting) (controllable similarly to Annie's Tibbers). It is the only thing able to move the philactery; while doing so, it is slowed and the Ghost Master is suppressed inside of it.

R: Darkling Can only be cast on the corpse of an enemy champion. Summons the Darkling, a murderous and violent Shadow who briefly Fears everyone nearby and immediately starts wreaking havoc on the enemy team.

The problem is the invulnerability passive. All he has to do is build to make his minions better, build zzrot and banner, and just constantly shove a lane, all while being invincible because he can place his phil. in the nexus if he so pleases.

That's why he gains a debuff the farther he is: if he spawns his philactery on the Nexus, then he's blind and his minions are useless.

Is there anyway to find out where the philactery is? Other than blindly searching around. What happens if it is destroyed, does he get to pick a new location?

That's... a good question. Mmm... I'd say that after the death timer, he gets to choose another location (to prevent spawn camping), and that maybe the minions themselves could have an indication of either the debuff or the proximity (so that the GM reveals hints whenever he acts).

Maybe jungle/minions will have a small marker above their head, with size being different depending on how close they are to it. As for the way he spawns, what if he wants to spawn just outside of the enemy nexus turrent to kill themself, or spawn under the enemy turrent to kill themselves and feed?

Is it really that different from a regular intentional feeder? If anything this at least could be actually detected automatically (philactery repeatedly spawned in tower's range -> big warning sign for the automatic ban system)
