Pulsefire Ezreal Chroma skins.

So I've seen a few posts about Ezreal's pulsefire skin and wanting chromas for it. But they don't really say why other than they want them ( don't get me wrong I want them too and I don't even own pulsefire ezreal)

With my recent purchase of DJ Sona I've come to the conclusion that Pulsefire ezreal is now outdated and lackluster when compared to the other 2 ultimates. Of course that's just the nature of the beast, obviously Riot will release better skins as they move forward in time. With better particles, sounds, animations and overall quality. However, one thing could make Pulsefire Ezreal a guaranteed buy for me, and maybe a few others who lack the skin. Include a chroma pack with the purchase of it, if not for people buying at least for the people who already own the skin.

I say this in concern, me and plenty of other people see no reason to drop the money on an ultimate that now feels lack luster even when compared to some legendary skins now. The Teemo skin that came out was borderline ultimate because of the work that went into it and sheer awesomeness that it brings to the game(And I hate teemo just to make that clear).

In the end some of us would enjoy having this be a thing. But if not, owell at least it's a thought.
