Just more or less brainstorming thread on a champion who can stack mana from passive (like Sion.)

So how exactly would a champion like this work is mostly the question.

1. My first idea is having some kind aa based champion that core would be a Muramana. But there is a few problems with that idea for one and the most problematic with Muramana and a champ with infinite mana possibilities is you build Muramana,3 phantom dancers and tank and you one shot every with crit autos with high attack speed every half a second. While being decently hard to kill.But of-course it would take a while for them to get to that stage of just a 4 percent of total mana to ad with Muramana.

2. Is to make some ap scaling tank mage or burst mage but that would be to similar to Veiger and Ryze.

3.The third option having a custom item that you can build into some kind of stacking item for a specific use like its super weak but when max it with getting enough mana from your passive it becomes a very strong item.

So what did you think of my ideas. Van we never have a infinte mana scaling champion since it would be toxic or have a stick kinda similar to ryze.
