Find people to play with, Random Player Premade Group Queue

Ive read that riot will be introducing voice chat but only for premade groups. If so I think that is a waste of time and resources, which i stated before on boards. To recap: Premade players are already using other ways to talk to each other and those apps usually do not hinder the performance of the computer.

In recent seasons riot placed more focus on teamplay rather than solo performance so that made me think, why is there no mode called "find a group" where 1 player can find random people to play with that queued up the same way . We would be able to use voice chat but also report players who are abusing it. Normal premade groups usually gang up on the one who isnt a part of the group. They are a wolf pack that protects each member and fights off strangers. So if you get reported by 10 random players in "find a group" it is valued more, those players did not know each other until the game.

This mode wouldnt work that well in rankeds. It would be more like, hey here are some random people that are around the same rank as you. Good luck have fun and if you like each others performance, add to friends list, practice normal premade and go ranked.
