I am bad at art and drawing. So I will do my best to talk my way through this and help people visualize what I'm visualizing.

His q would be to fire off a large snowball which seperates into two other snowballs at a 90 degree angle.

His w would be a snow trench or a slab of ice that would buckle after a few seconds.

his E would be a hefty snowball that knocks people back

His ultimate would be a snowball stream that would use his arms...err, tentacles....to throw snowballs like a machine.

his in game champ model would be a white version of himself and his tentacles be red and green, and he'd wear a santa hat.

I know it's a bit late for this year, but next year maybe? Hopefully?

Regarding his W, perhaps the rift is just and ice path, followed by icicles crashing down on top of the enemies.

For his E, the AoE turns light blue, followed by frozen ice-stalagmites (or stalagtites - whatever you call them) shooting up from the ground, knocking up the enemies.

Now, the Ultimate, could be as simple as an ice beam.

But the real trick should be the passive. Every time a spell hits, maybe it could show a partial of a peppermint being filled, and the enemy showing signs of ice (being frozen). The second spell will encase their body in ice (but won't slow them), and the final one will shatter it and the peppermint will shine and fade away.

I don't have any ideas for the actual skin itself, but I'll post ideas as I go along.
