Because it skipped the detection. Just report them for it so that the system will actually catch it.

Imagine being so bored / offended by so little - you hunt down clan tags you don't like and report them

because its in client stuff. now i know a lot of ppl will hate on me for literally telling the truth but: everything that happens in client and not ingame riot doesnt really give a shit about "prove?"

im the guy whos acc was named "braincancer" for almost 5 years until 1 person started to spam the boards so extremely that i had to change my name.

Multiple kkk and nggr clubs are still active as well so that is probally going to stay as well.
