Champion Concept - Arios the Dragon Slayer

We have plenty of Dragon Slayer skins, but we don't have a true Dragon Slayer champion. So far, the only real 'objective-based' jungler we have is Nunu, and he fulfills his niche quite well, but I feel like there's room for an even nichier jungler now that dragons have become so important to the game. So here's my concept for Arios, the Dragon Slayer:

Passive - Dragon Slayer: Arios (not his team) starts the game with one Dragon Slayer buff stack (the one that grants +6% AD/AP). Every time his team slays a dragon, his stacks increase as normal, so he only needs to slay 4 dragons for him to have the Aspect of the Dragon buff.

Additionally, all of Arios's abilities have an additional effect when used on the Dragon.

Q - Get Up on the Hydra's Back! - Arios leaps to a targeted enemy, slamming his halberd into them and breaking the ground around them. While on the broken ground, enemy champions are slowed by 50/55/60/65/70%. Range - 700 (The same as Jax's Leap Strike) Damage - 80/125/170/215/260 + 75% bonus AD physical damage Cooldown - 11/10/9/8/7

When used on the dragon, Arios leaps onto its back and deals the damage, but does not create the broken terrain. This is a special CC effect that only affects the dragon (even though the dragon is normally immune to cc). Arios remains on the dragon's back for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds, and while there, the dragon is considered to be in combat (so its HP will not reset) and it is silenced for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds. (The dragon's auto attacks are considered spells, so silencing it essentially prevents it from attacking).

W - Dragon's Scales Passive - Arios gains additional defensive benefits from each stack of Dragon Slayer that he has. Dragon's Might - Arios gains 5% bonus Armor and Magic Resist Dragon's Wrath - Arios takes 15% less damage from towers. Dragon's Flight - Arios grants his allied champions a bonus 5% MS when moving towards him. Dragon's Dominance - Arios gains 10% bonus health. Aspect of the Dragon - All of Arios's Dragon Scales bonuses are doubled and he takes 50% reduced damage from critical strikes for the duration of the buff.

Active - Arios cloaks himself in scales, granting him a spell shield that reflects the next skill shot that would hit him within 2 seconds back at the caster. It is treated as if Arios had cast it, so if it hits the caster (or any other valid enemy target), they take the damage and effect of the spell (using the caster's AD/AP and Arios's armor/magic penetration). The spell shield only negates skill shots, not other abilities.

If the dragon's attack spell hits Arios while his spell shield is up, Arios negates the spell and the dragon receives a DoT debuff that deals 1/2/3/4/5% of its maximum health per second as magic damage for 5 seconds.

Cooldown 22/20/18/16/14

E - Dragon Hunter Passive - Arios ignores the Dragon's Ancient Grudge passive (Ancient Grudge increases the dragon's damage to a champion with Dragon Slayer buff stacks by 20% per stack, and reduces damage taken from that champion by 7% per stack). This applies only to Arios, not to his team.

Active - Arios thrusts his halberd forward, attempting to impale an enemy on the spear. Any champions hit in this line skill shot take 70/100/130/160/190 physical damage (+100% total AD) and are revealed for 4 seconds. Arios gains a 20/25/30/35/40% increase in move speed while moving towards a champion revealed by this ability, and his next auto attack against them will slow them by 20% for 4 seconds.

When used on the dragon, Dragon Hunter applies a shield to the dragon that absorbs 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) damage from the enemy team for 3 seconds.

Range - 650 Cooldown 10

R - Fury of the Dragon Slayer Passive - When Arios Smites the Dragon, he deals an additional 100/200/300 true damage to it.

Active - Arios channels his dragon-based power and slices an enemy open with his halberd, dealing damage based on how many stacks of Dragon Slayer he has. Base Damage: 100/125/150 per stack of Dragon Slayer. If Arios has the Aspect of the Dragon buff, this ability deals true damage instead of physical damage.

If Arios kills the dragon with this ability, the cooldown is reduced by 50%

Range - 175 Cooldown - 120/100/80

Sorry but no, this champion completely breaks objective control. Denying vision 100% Denying Smite 100% Not taking dmg from drake, dealing 25% of it's max health as dot. The concept is nice, but it is unhealthy.
