Honestly? Too many people hyped about a stupid dragon. I wish Riot had just said "he's canned" years ago.
Ayyy he was told to be iceboxed forever ago.
In the past two and a half years, we've been constantly getting updates on how he is kept on hold due to theme-gameplay issues and mostly animation and rig issues. I wouldn't wait for him if I were you. That said, they do want to make him eventually, since he'll be a very unique addition to the roster.
He will be there soon. ;)
