Riot needs to talk to us on the boards

If you go around in the "Hot" section of the boards you will notice that there aren't any rioter's commenting on them. If you do find one, i bet it's not about changing the game. It's probably an original rioter post that they have been responding to. The picture that you see is of the current "Hot" section. As you can see they're mostly about balancing the game. You can also see that not a single rioter has commented on one. I thought that the point of the boards was to make it easier for the rioters to talk with us. Apparently not.

You could just check the Red Tracker. They really don't have any manpower assigned to discussing game plans with players on the forums, so it's mostly just Rioters like KateyKhaos being friendly.

Having someone assigned to do this is really a full time job. The amount of questions posed on the forums is massive (LoL has a massive community), and they apply to many different aspects of the game. The Rioter would have to spend most of their time going to those working on completely different projects (like some from skin team, balance, so on and so forth), and still would have minimal time to get that correct info back to players. This interaction you crave is not as easy as "just talk to us Riot".
