How to process a Boards Bug report!
I've noticed that even though users write many nice bug reports, the boards development team has some problems processing them properly. There is a How to Report a Boards Bug! sticky thread so I was thinking that maybe we also need a How to process a Boards Bug report! thread so that both sides get the help they need.
Processing bug reports is very important to prevent user frustration ("fuk u rito" threads and "rito only carez for cash" which sounds sometimes quite valid, though I hope it's not true). So I created this flow chart for whoever is supposed to pick up bugs from the forums and pass them to the development team through bug tracker you are hopefully using.
I hope this will make the things more clear for both sides.
