Improve the boards already

Anything I post gets downvoted in seconds, as if someone is sniping my posts or whatever just to keep them from reaching hot. It doesn't matter what the topic is it gets downvoted, and then I see a really really crappy topic with just 1 sentence containing poor just some crap content and hey it reached hot because this guy has some friends boosting the post.

Please Riot remove downvotes and use an upvote only system.
