Can we get a new player Board.

As someone who has played since Beta, I actually like helping new players, it helps me stay interested in the game, however entry level right now is is absolutely atrocious, if entry level play was filled with as many trolls, ragers, and "platinum" players when I started I probably would have never given this game the chance it honestly deserves.

While a coaching tool where people could duo que with other new players and be rated would be ideal, in the meantime would it be possible to at least get a New Player or Beginner Board.
