[BUG] Deleted post issues

I have found two minor issues concerning the deleted comments.

Deleted posts appear in updates like empty posts. I would instead suggest marking them as deleted and giving them different background color.
Deleted posts may be left hanging in discussion. This is a bug, definitelly. How to reproduce:
1. Create a comment.
2. Reply to your comment.
3. Delete the first comment.
4. Delete the reply.

Theoretically, long chains of deleted posts could be left hanging after drastic deleting (eg. moderator cleaning up a flame, or user deleting reponses posted on different post than they wanted).

Thanks for taking the time to make this report!

Not removing undeleted children from a deleted parent was an intentional design decision.

There's some room for improvement on introspecting the tree to determine if all comments have been deleted beneath a certain point. There's also room for improvement on other parts of the experience at large that the team feels takes a higher priority, such as some of the items you mentioned in your other posts regarding page load and new features that improve the overall quality of life.

In regards to "my updates", we're actively working on a subscription system which will ultimately help revisit how "my updates" are handled. It's a fairly useful feature as it stands, but it will be much more useful when we're finished with it.

I understand that you wanted to keep displaying deleted post if there are any replies to it - and that also has lead me to find this bug.
I'm really looking forward for the subscription system! I'm sure this is very important (and will be lot of fun debugging).

By the way, there is really no need to remind me that there are things with higher priority - along with these little bugs. I just report them in case you didn't notice while leaving the order of fixing these things completely up to you :)

Well thanks for being understanding as well. We want to make sure we acknowledge your help but we don't want people to assume we can just drop everything and jump on it so we perhaps over-explain a bit.

Do you think people would actually use bug tracker if there was any? Same question applies for the game itself too. There must be tons of duplicate posts...
I see one disadvantage you may have considered, and that is that if there was bug list for the game, people would read it and abuse the bugs. But personally, I think that those who do want to know bugs and abuse them will always find a way...

I think the potential for abuse outweighs any benefits from a dedicated bug tracker. You are noble in your efforts, but there are those who aren't. The reality is that between the support forum and general player feedback, we do a reasonably good job. No one is immune from bugs, and we're lucky enough to have the support of an awesome community (and people such as yourself) and for now that's good enough.

I must admit that a bug in the game is such a rare thing that I'm can't even believe when I find one. When there was that problem with untargetable heroes being slain by already engaged abilities, I thought this was nerf, not bug :)
So as you're saying, you're doing reasonably good job. And the player support at support.league.com is unbelievably great, especially for a free game. I believe there is lot of someone's free time involved.
