Reporting a thread should have a comment field

Encountered a thread that I suspected of promoting a scam link, and the Report options did not adequately cover the situation, nor allow me to explain what I felt was reportable about the thread.

Would like a little comment box to accompany the report feature so that I know my report is adequately understood, and that my reason for reporting is communicated correctly.
