Questions about the leaver system, account hackers, and atitude in game

Alright so my question is how many leaves does it take to get banned? one friend told me that the maximum you can leave is 2 times per day, my other friend said that the most you can leave is 2 times per week ! I have been getting confused and all, but this really stresses me out because in a lot of situations my dad needs the computer where I have to leave and when hes done the games already over because i was afk, go out and eat, and other important stuff such as doctors appointment,washroom breaks, grocery shopping, a lot of unexpected things has happened even tho i asked what we are gonna do ahead of time,

My 2nd question is something I always worried about my account getting hacked, how can I avoid key loggers? If I was a gold rank or diamond rank or challenger are there a lot of chances I can get my account hacked? And my friend has the same Username ID login as his name in League does that make it easier for hackers to hack his account?

And my final question is, what kinda offensive language if I said in game could get myself banned? And When I have reported people for insulting me saying im R*******, useless, noob cussing and insulting me a lot of them didn't seem to care at all its strange and they still continue.

The leaving one is pretty high both of your friends are wrong ive had the same problems and had to leave and had lag problems and i have never been banned.... in terms of getting hacked odds are you wont be hacked or no one will attempt to hack you unless your account becomes a well known account... and third you probably wont be banned for offensive language and if you get banned for it then it would have been months since you were reported with their current system

well if i leave everyday for lagging or problems and never been banned in a week and constantly or often leaving,i would most likely see people leave often in games too,( 2 of my friends are gold rank and played for years btw)there so many people saying no there wrong no there wrong when i ask about the leave program :/ and i rarely see people leaving in games, but is the game or riot able to know if im lagging though or computer shutdown or disconnection and etc?

And well known player, like a league player youtuber VideoGameDunkey right? i mean like he has like 800,000 followers on youtube so like some of them would have hacked him a long time ago, so i guess hacking isnt a problem, thanks man :D but one more question what about my friend with his ID username same as his in game name? is he still safe as long as his password is strong and dosent give the info pass out to people?

oh ok yea true cuz theres so many people playing this game, the most played video game in the world so riot do have a lot of reports to go through sent from millions or thousands of players players, thx for the info

As far as i know riot cannot tell about the computer problems on your end unless you explained it to them if they ban you... And yeah i mean as long as your friend does not give out information he should be fine
