Dedicated Thread for .gifs

Moderators, this is getting really annoying

Opening the "Hot" thread list at any given time, half of the page is full of threads that were opened for one single .gif

Most forums that understand the importance of organizing and keeping down clutter, recognize this sort of behavior as spam, and dedicate a place for it so it stays out of the forums proper and does not take up space for useful topics and discussions.

Just put a sticky'd thread for these images somewhere, and start deleting / merging any single threads that are opened with temporary bans for spamming.
