We NEED to be able to search by title only.

Maybe, but there's no reason for search to be this inadequate. Go search for "Cassiopeia", for example, and try to find any of the huge threads Stashu has been chatting on lately. Even "Cassiopeia Rework" doesn't come up with the threads. How about "Cassiopeia Rework Stashu"? Hmm...maybe let's try limiting it to the past week.

Only after searching "Cassiopeia Rework Stashu" and limiting it to the past week do we see the results we're looking for and they aren't even in the top half of the page.

Logically speaking, one would assume that searching "Cassiopeia" should bring up the hottest threads involving that search term. Search should include choices of organizing search results either chronologically or by how popular they are, and you should be able to search by keyword, title, or user.

This is basic search functionality, and it's pretty ridiculous to me that none of this is present on a platform that is regarded as the official platform for League of Legends communication.
