Where's the sub-community for player-designed concepts? Champs/Maps/Modes, etc?

Do we just put it in the "Fan Creations" section, or will we get a Player Concepts section soon?

EDIT: After getting an answer (put it in the Fan Creations section), I'd REALLY like to see a Player Concepts section.

Fan Creations should be for fan-made art and such, Player Concepts for "player-made ideas of things they'd like to see in the game".

From my experience: Fan Creations houses Champ concepts, fan art, skin concepts and other things not having to do with the game in of itself. Mode and map concepts (ones that have pertinence to the actual in-live game) go into Miscellaneous.

That being said the sub-communities have changed numerous times at this point so who knows? Player Concepts topic may be coming....
