The patch dev corners are not very well thought out

I think it would be better to make them for the the upcoming pbe patches and what the thoughts and plans are. It will give the community opportunity to put forward thoughts that could be missed (testers aren't perfect, humans make errors) and it will allow people to get an understanding of the reasons for potential changes before we end up seeing foolish reasonings in the live patch notes.
