I like it, but just like what I have seen with the Summoner's Rift update, its waaay too dark- use more white backgrounds for the text like how the forums are now with the black text font----
P.S. brighten up the summoner's rift update and make it more colourful and cheerful, it is a magical forest after all- regardless of it being a battlefield in game

Black text on white background is notoriously hard to read on-screen, especially in a dark environment. There's a reason most coding interfaces are dark with bright letters. Bright things stick out better on dark backgrounds compared to dark things on bright backgrounds. I like the colors, I like the no reply limit. I love the enhanced editing abilities.
The only thing I am not a fan of is the whole downvote/upvote system. I feel they influence reader opinions too much, and everyone downvotes differently. Some people downvote for disagreeing, some downvote for asking a question, some downvote without even reading. Rarely is a downvote because a post is actually off topic or in need of moderation.
I'd rather have downvotes either invisible (but topic still closes after a certain amount), or have votes altogether invisible (but upvoted topics still reach the front). Perhaps you could see your own vote in the form of a green check or red X next to a post. Still, the new forum is a lot easier to read, and I think it's an improvement overall!
