Okay... then please put it where it belongs, instead of F'ing deleting the thread, hours go by and you come back and see nothing has happened because NOBODY SAW IT.
The message even says where the thread should belong, but no system is in place to PUT it there. Why? That is stupid, every other forum in the world does this.
