[BUG] EUW account on PBE boards and inability to post

Recently, I discovered that my EUW account (this one) has been automatically connected to the PBE boards. The problem is that I can't post with this account on those boards. A bigger problem is that I CAN'T CONNECT ANYMORE WITH MY PBE ACCOUNT ON THE BOARDS since then, even though I can connect to the PBE itself! I don't know what to do...

The notification frame is also missing.

Something similar happened to me, though I only have one (EUW) account. The boards automatically logged me on, which was nice, but they had me as a level 6 for the longest time (which meant I couldn't start threads), even though I was well past level 20 at the time. Currently, they think I'm level 25, when it's actually 27. There seems to be a delay in calculating EUW players' level.
