[FEATURE] Anchors in the markdown

Look at this awesome guide. Now imagine anchors actually worked with it - wouldn't that be awesome?

Anchors are predefined places on the page, that will be auto-scrolled when you have proper URL. The important part of the url is the anchor part:

ʜᴛᴛᴘ://ᴡᴡᴡ.ᴇxᴀᴍᴘʟᴇ.ᴄᴏᴍ?ᴀ=ʙ**#anchor**

In guide, editors could then make a nice references between guide parts. There is an explanation how anchors might work in Markdown.

As the maker of that guide. YES PLEASE. I can understand it being a lower priority but for guide posts and other sectioned posts like the Wrenchman's Toolbox and champion concepts this would drastically help readability and make wall o' text posts much less intimidating to the average skimmer.
