Riot/the community should encourage the creativity on the Boards a lot more than they do.

I have made really bad champion designs, but I have seen some people with amazing ideas, whether they are skins(sometimes these get seen), or champions, or champion balance/QoL(also get some hot threads)/rework updates. Give them some recognition, some of them have put hours into their work! And people of the Boards, take a look at the Skins & Champion Concepts section, you probably will enjoy it I promise. Maybe.
