Could the Red Tracker ignore posts in "Help & Support"?

I only visit boards nowadays to read riot replies. While it's nice that Riot is active in help and support, I have no interest in those replies & they take up most of the page. The only people the help and support replies are relevant to are the ones that asked for assistance in the first place.

The alternative would be to allow us to filter the red tracker by category.

I just reposted my nearly identical request that was deleted from the Help & Support Boards. I think it is great that people can track the Help&Support red responses but it needs to be in a separate category so that it doesn't make finding gameplay and development responses incredibly difficult.
