"suggestions" board?

Why is there no generalized suggestions board? I often want to suggest things but often have no idea where I should put it because it could involve multiple things such as: story and art, sound and music, game play and balance (ect)

Put it in the section it most pertains to. What's an example of content you feel belongs in multiple places?
