I have an app I am about to release for Alpha, can I put the link to the open alpha here?

Like the title says, I have an app I am (hopefully) going to release for alpha testing soon. I was going to set it as an open alpha with a limit of 1000 testers and I wanted to put the link in the forums, since the app is a TheoryCrafting tool for league of legends.

So I read the universal forum rules, but I wanted to find out - will the link I post in the forums, that will allow people to join the alpha, be disabled/removed the moment I post it unless I get special permission or something?

If it isn't a scam and isn't a paid service, usually that's ok to share.

Is it usually just a case of if someone says it is a harmful link a riot moderator comes to check it out?

They'd take a look if it's reported. If, for instance, their antivirus protection warned them when trying to go to the site they'd be unable to verify the legitimacy so would take the safe route by removing it.

I recommend going to the moderation Discord server to inquire further if you're unsure; http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/9RBNln7l-discord-verification
