Timezones Public Announcement

Dear Riot and everyone else in the world: Daylight Time and Standard Time happen during specific portions of the year; when the clocks go up an hour then it becomes Daylight Time which it what it currently is. While later in the year the clocks go back an hour and become Standard Time. There are certain places that change their timezones entirely instead of changing their hour up or down by 1.

tl : dr : It is currently PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) for west coast NA and no longer PST (Pacific Standard Time) until much later within 2015. aka Riot please fix, your announcements for time are still stating PST.
