Year ago, I used EUNE account on these forums. I still have some active posts I follow from this account. But now, I suddenly cannot switch to EUNE to read my notifications.
The most sick thing about this is that EUNE, OCE and EUW users can not complain about that as you've effectively blocked them from posting on these forums.

Can't think what to tell you other than to suggest clearing your cookies and cache, which has resolved region bugs for me in the past.
