[Bug] The Red post widget escaped again, with other oddities

So, I was totally minding my own business on the forums, when the red post widget got lose again. The other bug I found regarding this still exists, but this one is surreal. Basically, once you scroll down a certain length, the widget will attempt to follow. However, the moment it attempts this, it breaks out of the content box. I found I could temporarily reign it in by re-sizing the window, and the bug occured only when the window was maximized on page load. I have a feeling this is connected to my 1600x900 resolution, but no guarantee.

Also, if you look closely at the window, you will notice a black line on either side of the content box. Don't know how, but there they are. their is also one at the bottom of the panal. The top doesn't have a line, but is misaligned on the border. The bottom border is also misaligned.
