Change the location of the upvote / downvote button

A major complaint about the boards is that upvotes and downvotes along with post history determine how "Hot" a topic is, preventing as many people from viewing the topic. I would like to suggest that the upvote/downvote button is moved/added to the bottom right corner of the page as well, as that is where people will more likely vote - after reading a topic instead of before/scrolling back up. It's seen when polls are made in threads as well. It's a minor thing, but I think it could help a bit.
