General Discussions not an option to post in from the Boards Home?
As stated it's not an option to post in when asked which board you want to create whatever post in. Is this intended or just something missed?

You have to go to the GD board and click "Create Discussion" from there.
GD is the only board with a level 20 requirement prior to posting on there. Posting it your way would potentially be a loop hole around this restriction and Riot doesn't want this restriction to be bypassed. This also limits the amount of smurf accounts being used as shit post accounts to flood GD with shitposts. That and Riot "secretly" hates the GD community and would love to see the community wither away. So they restrict our numbers.
