Adding polls/placeholders for titles?

There are two things that I wish I could do:

  • Add a poll after a thread has been started, and

  • Add a placeholder for a name.

The placeholder for a name thing is when someone has a concept, but no name, or a skin idea but no name for said skin, or the name they came up with wasn't as good. They're minor requests, but yeah. EDIT RIGHT AFTER I POSTED THIS: I MISSPELLED POLL. FML.

You can edit titles within the first fifteen minutes of posting, to my knowledge.

Gotta make sure we have those poles though. :)

I'm looking at it again, and I can't see where I misspelled it though... I guess I was just seeing things?
