Adding polls/placeholders for titles?

There are two things that I wish I could do:

• Add a poll after a thread has been started, and

• Add a placeholder for a name.

The placeholder for a name thing is when someone has a concept, but no name, or a skin idea but no name for said skin, or the name they came up with wasn't as good. They're minor requests, but yeah. EDIT RIGHT AFTER I POSTED THIS: I MISSPELLED POLL. FML.
