Also i don't remember where i clicked after, but i got redirected to PBE application page after.

This may also be a re-surfacing of an old bug where sections were not displaying properly (like, you'd go to Gameplay and Balance but it would show you Misc or some other random board.

Also, it's a little easier to read your title if you tag it like [BUG] than just saying BUG.
