I'm having so much trouble reading stuff with this color scheme.

Light text on dark background is fine with me, but this foreground text is too close to the background text for my eyes to be happy.

I kinda agree...I tried looking at those downloadable umm boards skins? Well I couldn't find one that was lighter for my tastes.

You could try that though?

Light on Dark is only useful on an LED (not LED-LCD) where power is saved because black pixels are completely unlit.

In any other situation, there is almost no reason not to use white on black, since the majority of LCDs use proportionally the same amount of power whether or not the screen is totally white or totally black.

I'd like white text. I like the dark background but the text is such an awkward color.

So hard to read in a sunny living room.

Yas, and theres no colors on the likes. Usually be able to spot them right away. Now i have to search for them.

Yeah, this dark layout hurts my eyes.
