I have it in the view that makes threads that are REPLIED to jump to the top. I don't care about downvotes.

I agree, early downvotes are a problem. Imo, there should be done kind of system where threads have protection from early downvotes (or even, have downvotes in the first hour give more visibility -- after all, it means someone cares about the thread, even if they don't like it.).
That being said, I think the voting system as a whole is fine, just needs some tweaks.
No matter what you do riot simply won't listen. You need to bait them in with: 1000 normal wins LF rioter to play with, Because we all know these moderators would rather do anything than actually post on an issue.

This does not matter in the slightest. It undermines your entire argument to be suggesting that the amount of money you have used to buy content has any bearing on forum behavior.

To my knowledge, this is being looked into. That being said, a lot of the really active Boards users tend more towards using Recent sorting (a la old GD) rather than Hot as the default. A single downvote does nothing in Recent, and I like being able to see all activity that happens.
