Exactly what it sounds like.
OP provides a link to his/her game for anyone that is willing to analyze and critique gameplay.
Either that, or a location to find a mentor in order to improve.
It would take up too much time for trolls to over-run it, so the majority of people involved would be looking to help/improve.
those would fall mainly under Gameplay. We used to have a Tips & Tricks board but that was merged with Gameplay & Balance a while back and became just Gameplay.
You can also try looking for someone to give you some coaching in Team Recruitment, but do be careful of people trying to charge you for it. Coaching should be free and advertising for paid coaching (whether you're the one asking to be paid for it OR even if you're the one offering to pay for it) is against the board rules/guidelines.
