[MODERATION] So where should I post Client bugs if not the bug report section?

I've been repetitively complaining about local non-transparent, unfriendly and cancerous moderation. But because I always read the board guidelines, I didn't get anything deleted - until now.

I posted about a bug in client that causes it to throw "The server is currently busy" error even when everything is fine, preventing you from login. This happens even when other computers on the network can connect without any problems.

This is an issue that not only me, but also many other players have been complaining about for at least 2 years - and happens even now, not only to me:

Also on the forum archive:

Therefore I'd like to hear explanation or apology. If you have no sufficient explanation, please restore the thread. For the moderator that has deleted my thread, I have this to read:

This is the place to report bugs that you find within League of Legends. Something that occurs within the Client, patching related issues, or anything that involves gameplay (stuns not working, unintended interactions between abilities, vision issues, etc.) should be posted here! Please do NOT post about disconnects or lag*. Instead redirect those problems to Help & Support.

* My issue was not disconnect. The network was working fine. If something was broken, it was within the PVP.net Client.

The same thing happened to me, and the thread we deleted, along with eighty or so comments, with absolutely no explanation. Deleting threads is fundamentally wrong, but especially so when posting guidelines are left so vague that reasonable people are frequently mistaken, even if they take the time to read the posting guidelines.

Please stop deleting threads, and give some sort of an appeal system when posts are deleted by moderators without cause.
