i was lvl 20 but ig lvl 30 but now it changed so idk

I believe it just takes a long time to update, as I myself was level 10 for the longest time on the forums, whereas I was level 30 in-game. Try relogging into your forums account whilst logged out of the LoL client, and that might do the trick and update your profile. If not, it'll eventually do it, just give it time.
