What's really wrong with Boards

I just happened to be browsing the webz (Reading the "Meanwhile in Top Lane" actually), clicked one of the Reddit links (HINT: Why so many reddit links, anyway?), stumbled across a 'sub-reddit' that is literally just called Talon Mains. A whole board just for people who play Talon.

Then it hit me; where the fuck is OUR board for Talon players? Where is our board for the Alistar players? How about Nidalee players? Where is our sense of community? Where is the ability to fill out our profile pages and be something more than an Upvote count?

This is literally the League of Legends community forum, but everyone just goes to Reddit because this place sucks, and does not give room for a real community. People rise to the top because they just spam funny .gifs all day or circle-jerk about the latest updates or whatever scandal Riot said or did.

"Gameplay & Balance" is just not enough to accomodate the gigantic community of people trying to learn and master this game. Because right now, you either throw your thread about sharing Talon advice into the ocean of "RIP MORDEKAISER" or you go to Reddit.

Trying to imitate Reddit is just going to fail every time. The people here need and deserve a real forum that will accommodate their interests.
