I find it hilarious that

I posted a picture because it was showing how toxic people can be in the game without being banned, and Riot completely ignores the fact that their banning system is useless and this players is still playing ranked, and instead of making amends to punish the racist intentional feeder, they actually delete my post and tell me to use their banning system WHICH WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE POST to show that it didn't work. This is why League is toxic, instead of being proactive and saying ok let's punish this player, he certainly needs to be punished. Riot throws blame around hides the fact that they didn't punish an extreme racist intentional feeder, their system missed him and continues on as normal.
