Suggestion for Mods: If a thread is in the wrong spot, why not just move it instead of deleting it?
Just a suggestion.
Just a suggestion.
Just a suggestion - users that create content should use logic on where they are placing it.
It's sometimes a wee difficult to know if some things go in gameplay or balance or report a bug.
Remember the fizz change to his Q that made it now possible to miss and was never documented in the patch notes till 3 patches later?
That's an example, but there are ways to mess up when it can seem like they go in one or the other.
Edit: Using gameplay and report a bug as an example for the Fizz Q change, not saying that's the only thing in general.
I assume Riot has better things to do, delete is a faster approach then moving someones mistake. Think in terms of productivity. It is more time efficient for them to press delete, then move a post to another thread.
They suggest what to post it in after deleting it, at least for me they have.
Copy and paste, it's still more time efficient. You are lucky they bother with that.
Riot has the largest online gaming community in the world, they cannot be bothered with mistakes made by people in the community, it's like a g.e.d test it's just logic, easy mode. The categories are self explained, if you don't think so google for a definition of the category first. If they cater to one person moving a post, who is to say people won't troll Riot wasting their time? Honestly it's like breaking a law and claiming you didn't know any better. When I break law/rule and get caught I expect to be dealt with, it is how it is. I might not like it, but I messed up not them. I have gotten banned for two weeks at a time in LoL for breaking a rule, I talked to them got an understanding and manned up to my fault. You worry about a post? I Find that kind of trivial, I mean no offense, the post may mean a lot to you.
