Can we have a board for custom creations?

And by that I mainly mean theory crafting items.

That's the one thing league has had trouble with for a while, since it's not that much variety of items in reality. We need more to keep the game fresh, not just new champions and balance changes.

Then I think "hey, where should I put this? Gameplay and balance, or misc?" Because it isn't exactly gameplay and it isn't just miscellaneous information. So could we have a board for this, or could we just tack it on to "Skins and Champion Concepts"?
