can we keep our unread responses and manage them ourselves

I had two responses opened it in other tab to see but inadvertently deleted said tab before entering it because browser froze up on me Never got to see the responses because it auto deletes the responses upon entering the pages once

Can we have some kind of limited inbox that can keep up to say 30 latest responses? That we can delete ourselves
