What is currently wrong with boards

1. Random downvotes are a problem.
2. Useful threads sink, while less useful threads flood. No ways of bumping or creating attention. The chance of upvotes and getting into "Hot" is totally random.
3. Just when I tried to write the title of this thread fast, the page refreshed and deleted what I wrote already
4. No way of directly contacting a Riot employee you want. (Other than making @Riot thread and hoping that it will get read)
