Lack of Board for PvP.net Client Sugguestions/Reports
The boards lacks an area to specifically speak about the PvP.net Client rather than the in game client.

Riot is currently building a new client and it has its own sub-section for discussion: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/alpha-client-discussion
Until they've finished bringing that up to par with the current client in terms of features and functionality, they've stated they won't be adding new functionality.
