Intentionally Banning Teammates Picks. Reportable?

If I pick Garen top and someone says "garen is bad" and bans that champ. When everyone knows Garen is normally played top and this isn't a troll pick. Is this reportable?

Okay another situation. What if I pick teemo support and I'm not displaying any signs of I'm trolling and someone says "No no ban teemo I dont want teemo support" and teemo gets banned by your team mates. Is this reportable?

Or what if a champion is changed and his position is changed with the change and its still new so not everyone knows about it yet? Example I pick Shaco top which is currently a VERY strong top lane due to his AP changes but some people are not aware of this so think its troll and they ban this pick. Is this reportable?

Or one last example lets say Yasuo is a permaban the #1 OP champ (yasuo is just an example) Your last pick says he wants to pick Yasuo but the other team doesn't ban Yasuo so they might first pick and your first pick doesn't own yasuo to trade. If you ban Yasuo to save from the enemy team getting him. Is this reportable?

Please Note: This is a question... not an opinion. Not a statement... There is nothing to upvote or down vote... This is just a question. These are all hypothetical Examples.

Why the down vote on a question 0.0 Thats like someone asking while at your house for the first time "which way is the washroom" and you say "Downvoting what a dumb question"

hover your champion only if you think s/he can be banned

garen and teemo are unlikely to be banned so don't hover them

also the last example is justified. yasuo while is not op is very very frustrating to lane against and i would consider the risk to make some yasuo main spreg out if it means i will not have him as my lane opponent. not like i care much of the feelings of yasuo mains too

Banning a team mates champion is technically not reportable I think unless this would count under "unsportsmanlike" or "griefing" but since that happens in the champion select which isn't in the report when you report some one, it wouldn't show up. Though you probably could just take a picture and send a ticket or something about the person.

It's not reportable on its own. You can ban whoever you want.

Man I was hopping for a good discussion of people pointing out their views on when its okay and when its not or if its never okay or if its always okay so forth so on... and I'm kind of just getting troll responses =\ I'm kind of disappointed in you community...

It is not reportable unless the context us such (and proven by chat logs) the the ban was malicious in intent.
