Be more lenient with normal game dodges
You often get people with troll picks and when you want to play seriously to practice there really is no other option but to dodge.
This is mainly because of how many Irelia mids are showing up if I'm honest.

First off, Irelia mid isn't a troll pick. A diver with the combat advantages of an assassin, game-changing ult, and the durability to take on various match-ups, can more than thrive on the mid-lane.
Second; Even if you were getting people who troll pick, you dodging still deserves a punishment. To use your own words; there's at least three other people who want to play seriously and practice. And since Irelia mid is not a troll pick, that's actually four teammates you're leaving high and dry, not to mention the five people on the enemy team.
You're making it take longer for nine people to get into a match, all because you think Irelia mid is a troll pick. If you consistently dodge, you get punished. Like it or not, you're still screwing with people when you dodge, so you need to be punished and reminded that you queue up to get into a match, not to bail at the first sight of something you don't like.
Play the games out rather than dodge them. There's nothing more that can really be said.
