Does Leaverbuster every truly leave you alone?
Back when the Bilgewater even was happening, the new HUD caused a lot of people's games to dc. I was one of these people that had this issue and I was dc'ing from every game at least once (but I'd always reconnect right affterwards)
Well, that got me in Leaverbuster, and for a while I was stuck in it.
About 3 months ago I got the message saying Leaverbuster was leaving me alone and that I had reformed. I haven't really left any games since then, but recently I had to leave 2 games both due to situations that required me to be off the computer and were unplanned.
I've just been put back in for 5 games with a 10 minute wait time.
Now those games were unplanned leaves but I still left them so they count, but it's only been 2 games. My first Leaverbuster 'busting' I had dc'd from way more than 2 games for it to bust me. I didn't even get my second and third busting (while on the radar) after 2 games. I'd leave a game or two, not back to back but they'd be spaced apart and it'd take a couple for it to punish me again (and I don't want to sound like I'm toxic and such, I've never been punished for toxic behavior and I try to be polite in games. A lot of my leavings are from things I didn't plan or from the game crashing).
When you are off the radar and it tells you that you've reformed, how many games does it generally take for it to put you back in? I feel like sticking me back after only 2 games and completely skipping the 5 minute wait times is a little harsh....I've been 'reformed' (and keep in mind, the thing that put me in this originally was a glitch that was affecting a LOT of people and sent a LOT of people into Leaverbuster) for 3 months and if I remember correctly, when I first got busted I had to wait 5 minutes before I actually got put into queue. Now it completely skipped that and gave me 10 minutes for 2 games that were spaced apart.
I feel like it never truly left me alone, even though it said it did
(and once again, I know this is my fault, I should probably plan ahead but stuff like your dog throwing up you can't really plan for (yes that happened during a game). I don't want to sound like one of those people that come here and say ITS ALL RIOTS FAULT >:(, I know exactly why I've been punished, but I feel like immediately dropping the hammer after 2 spaced out games and then completely skipping the starting 5 minute wait and going right for the 10 is a little harsh...too harsh if it had actually left me when it said it did)
