I want to be Smite'd ; Riot please evaluate my account and tell me my violations

I have made this thread twice before, the first time I was told to send a support ticket at which point I was told by the support ticket guys that they are unable to do what I was asking.

That being said, I have also been told that the RIOT GUYS HERE IN THIS FORUM SUBSECTION can do that. So please, tell me what violations I have committed? I want to improve as a member of Riot's community but I would like to know what my errors have been.

If possible I would like to know how often I get reported. Pls Lord Riot Sama.

NOTE: I have not been banned, I just want Riot to tell me what violations have been registered on my account... successful reports are noted on your account and thus, mine must be marked.

Pretty much everyone who plays in the low Diamond range has a report record of some kind because the people who play there are absurdly salty and you will accumulate a large number of reports just by playing there.
